MAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

What utter garbage.  I laboriously created a certificate.  Took me about the last hour.  Clicked Save and it asked me to log in.  I entered the credentials that were in my password manager and was told "wrong password".  I clicked "I forgot my password" and nothing happened EXCEPT that my whole project disappeared.  I also never got the email so I had to reregister under a different email just to tell  you how horrible your interface it.  Now I have to either start again or use a screenshot I took that is lower quality.  Thanks for nothing.

Update: If I were reviewing this I would now upgrade from a 1/5 to a 3/5.  I logged in, now that I know how the program works and since I already have my layout determined, it only took me about a half hour to recreate the document.  However, it is unclear how to center text boxes other than by guesstimating, the text in the boxes gets larger or smaller when you change the size of the boxes so it is unclear what the point of the Font Size option is, there doesn't seem to be any way to align images.  Other than those three things, it seems to work fine.

Terrible terrible terrible. Called and left so many messages for help. Nothing returned. Horrible instruction video (laughable) and user UNfriendly. Would never recommend this product to my worst enemy.

The website is not user friendly at all. I have used several other customizing websites without the same tedious issues. When using PRINTABLE glossy seals, we found that we could not print in a color besides black ink. We also wasted ink printing two sheets just to realize that the ink smears after a long drying time. I would not recommend and will have to get new seals to replace. 

I opened and tried to edit certificates I created last year. The first 7 pages were okay, but when I click to go to the 8th page, I get the spinning wheel that seems to last forever (I walked away from my desk for at least and hour and the wheel was still spinning when I got back). I also tried printing the document so that I can at least use the first 7 pages and I get the spinning wheel again. I cleared my cache as suggested but I'm still having the same problems. Any additional suggestions?

Make certificates printable. I've been on an infinity loading loop for an hour. You literally only do ONE thing. 

I need to change/update my email address. In my profile there in no option to change my email address. The only options are to change my name or phone number.

Please note, however, that the correct way to feed the paper into the printer depends on the printer model and not on the paper itself.

Your products suck. I have wasted all of my sheets trying to get the stickers to print correctly. The print correctly on the test sheet, but when I feed it through the printer it doesn't come out right. How hard would it be for there to be a guide that says which way you should feed the stickers. This is absolutely awlful. No worries. I won't be purchasing this product again.

I ourchased the labels at staples. they looked amazing, however your site has many issues trying to do the labels for my invitations. now I am stock doing them one by one in word program
